Sony’s first proper (and pink) netbook has finally gone on sale in the Philippines. Earlier reports pegged the Sony Vaio W ’s price to be in the 40,000 Peso range but as it turns out it’s actually a little bit cheaper (though still quite expensive). A new notebook touch screen has been announced by Sony. The new VAIO W will be published this fall and will be compatible with Windows 7. Using a touch screen, the new Vaio will be able to use the touch features that are integrated into Windows 7.
